And as promised, I'm writing a story for you today!

So as you may or may not know, the Alphas used to be called Shamans. When DiamondEclipse and I were in school before the summer break, we learned that the Inuit (people who lived in the Artic) had leaders who were called Shamans. So I had an idea to write a story about why the Shaman's became the Alphas.

A very long time ago, all the Alphas lived in Mt.Shiveer. Or should I say the Shamans lived in Mt.Shiveer...

One "peaceful" night, the Shamans went to sleep in their homes. When all the Shamans and Jammers were asleep, the Phantoms came to Mt.Shiveer.....to kidnap the Shamans! The Phantoms zapped all the Shamans so that they would stay asleep as the Phantoms carried the Shamans away. Before it became morning, all the Shamans were gone...

In the morning all the Jammers were wondering about, just minding their own business. In mid-day, one of the Jammers realised that she hasn't seen any of the Shamans at all that day. "Hmm, where could they be?" Alyssa, the bunny Jammer, asked. "Maybe they're in their homes, up in Mt.Shiveer. I should go check." So Alyssa put on her warmest clothes and took a hike to Mt.Shiveer. When she got there, it was deserted. "Hello?" She asked. "Anybody here?" No one answered her so she knocked on one of the Shamans door. Again, there was no answer. Maybe they're just out of Jamaa for now to take care of some business on there own, Alyssa thought. So she went on with her day, not worrying about the Shamans. The next day, Alyssa went to Mt.Shiveer again to check on the Shamans. However, still no signs of the Shamans. They'll probably be back at least by tomorrow, because they wouldn't go more then 2 days without telling anybody, thought Alyssa. So again, she went on with her day, forgetting about the Shamans. The next morning, Alyssa went to check on the Shamans for a third time. "Is anybody here?" She called out. No answer. Alyssa tried to stay calm. "Hello? Peck? Cosmo? Liza?" By then she just started to freak out. She ran all the way back to Jamaa Township to spread the news. "Everyone! The Shamans are gone! They're missing!" And then the cries and shouts started. After a while of panicking, the yells died down. "The Shamans were gone for more then 2 days now! We must do some-" She was cut off by gasps. And then she realised what all the Jammers gasping about. The Shamans were back! "Yay!" Everyone cheered. "Settle down, now." Liza said. "We were kidnapped by the Phantoms. But we managed to get away. But none of the Shamans or me wants to remember that, remember failing to save Jamaa from the Phantoms, so we have decided that we will be changing our names into Alphas, and we will all move out from Mt.Shiveer and live separately." "How did you escape the Phantoms?!" A fox asked. "That's a different story, for a different day..." Liza replied.
